System rules
1. The text key defines the table size.
2. The first row is the key. Each row below advances one alphabet letter.
3. Compact numeric keys use single digits: 132715 = 1:3 2:7 1:5. Larger columns use : pairs: 12:21.
4. Each pair swaps two columns. Order matters.
5. Coordinates point to row-column positions after the swaps.
6. Random mode can choose different valid coordinates for the same letter.
